I don't feel safe

How can we improve safetiness while traveling from one place to another, being a woman, and also benefit while doing it?

The why's

I was struggling very hard trying to get home sometimes when I needed to get home safe after staying in the university very late. I was not feeling comfortable calling an Uber, and I ended up taking the public transportation, which is probably more dangerous, but that made me feel more safe.

Meet our drivers

In this investigation stage, one of the most relevant factors to achieve our goal, was to know who are we going to travel. At this point, we created a profile of the driver, in which they can add relevant information at the time they request the car, having different options in which the driver can select according to the ones she feels more comfortable with

24/7 Live Chat system

Doing more research, our competitors usually don’t have the engagement with the drivers all over the world in regard of emergencies, insurances or even money refunds. In this project what I wanted to do, is create a system in which all drivers and passengers can have an insurance or coverage just in case something happens. There is also a FAQ, where you can search your question and find the right answer.

Wallet and progress bar

Why I choose to add a wallet and also a progress bar in the app is because sometimes we can see each other in trouble, so adding credits to an app, can help to avoid a robbery and also helping a friend in case needs some cash to come back home. This progress bar also can help with the anxiety of people (like me) who needs to control what time should leave the place, so there is no waiting gaps in between. I think putting the estimation time of arrival is just fine, but I’m a fan of visual stuff, also maybe for older people too.
