The Request

A sustainability company requested a self service to create request to pick junk from their residential homes. This service was needed because the service was all over the US, and the agents were not getting all the calls or requests from the clients. There was an issue also with calculation of the objects they needed to be removed so usually the pricing was too low for what some items meant to cost.

Pick the right service

This is the second stage after the landing page. The user can add their personal information, and then get redirected to this page.
Junk removal as a service work for people who need to remove certain stuff from their house.
Special project works for specific situations in which there is required more than a pick up, but for example cleanouts, or move out instances.

Instant Quote automation

This page help to create a “cart” in which every item is connected to an excel, and we gave them values in regard of their space. For example chairs have a space in a truck, but as they can be stacked, the calculations change not too much while the user add more of them. Mattresses can be also very spacious, so the value would be different value for space and stack.

Wallet and progress bar

Why I choose to add a wallet and also a progress bar in the app is because sometimes we can see each other in trouble, so adding credits to an app, can help to avoid a robbery and also helping a friend in case needs some cash to come back home. This progress bar also can help with the anxiety of people (like me) who needs to control what time should leave the place, so there is no waiting gaps in between. I think putting the estimation time of arrival is just fine, but I’m a fan of visual stuff, also maybe for older people too.
